The most expensive time is the time spent searching. But it doesn't have to be this way!
Which case did that lease agreement belong to? Where is the letter in which we wrote about the termination? Which folder did the authorization end up in?
Flowyer's search engine answers these questions not in minutes, or even seconds. Results appear in tenths of a second.
The results list appears instantly
As soon as you type a word in the search box, the results appear almost simultaneously with typing. No hourglass, no "Please wait" message.
The relevant results of cases, clients, mail logs, tasks, and other records appear in fractions of a second, organized into clear groups. Thus, with a single glance, you can see where the system found what.
In the background, a robust search engine specifically designed for this task is at work. Thanks to this, the search does not slow down the office's daily work, even if it has to scan large amounts of data.
Searches within document content
Most search engines recognize only file names. Flowyer is capable of much more: it searches the full text of documents.
- Processes the text of Word, i.e., DOCX files.
- Searches within the content of text-based, searchable PDF documents.
- Also extracts uploaded ZIP packages and scans the PDF and Word files within them.
So if a searched term appears on the third page of a PDF in a compressed folder, Flowyer will still find it. Just enter a distinctive name, phrase, or word from the document.
We have also paid special attention to the peculiarities of the Hungarian language. The absence of accents does not hinder the search: searching for "tukor" will also show the word "tükör" among the results. You don't need to remember exactly how the searched term was previously written.
Understands Hungarian inflections
In Hungarian, a single word can have numerous inflected forms, and traditional search engines only find what starts exactly as you typed. If you search for the word "szerződések" (contracts), a simple search won't bring up "szerződés" (contract), "szerződést" (contract - accusative), or "szerződésben" (in the contract) forms, as none of these start with the entered word.
Flowyer's search engine understands the word root, not the letter sequence. During indexing and searching, it reduces expressions to their base form, so inflected variants find each other even if they appear in very different forms. Type in the word "szerződések," and the system will also bring up "szerződés," "szerződést," and "szerződésben."
Thus, you can search as you think: just type the word in any form, without having to mentally conjugate how it might appear in the document.
Searches twenty places at once
During a single search, Flowyer examines twenty different data categories:
- cases, litigation histories, and minutes,
- comments and tasks,
- clients and opposing parties,
- meetings and work hours,
- invoices and mail log entries,
- emails and tickets,
- knowledge base entries,
- messages sent on the client portal,
- JÜB data and deposits,

- file names and the full content of uploaded documents.

Searches within email attachments
A significant portion of legal documents arrives via email: contracts in PDF, authorizations as Word files, decisions as attachments. Flowyer's search engine scans not only the text of messages but also the associated documents.
The full content of attached PDF and Word files becomes searchable, regardless of how the email entered the system.
Thus, even months later, you don't have to browse through your inbox. If you only remember a phrase or clause from the document, just type it into the search: Flowyer will find the email containing it in the attachment.
Only shows what you are authorized to see
The search engine only displays records and files that the given user has access to. Speed does not mean compromise: permissions and the protection of confidential data are fully enforced during searches.
